RD Ancheta seizes top performing Regional Director

Recognized for commitment to quality leadership and public service, Mines and Geosciences Bureau Region 0II (MGB -R0II) Regional Director Engr. Mario A. Ancheta, hauled the 2013 Top performing Regional Director awarded during the programming workshop held in Davao City last October 12- 17, 2015.
RD Ancheta was handed the plaque of recognition by Bureau Director Leo L. Jasareno on October 15, 2015 during the said workshop.
In his speech on the Monday’s convocation, the overwhelmed Director said, “I want to thank all of you for giving your best, all our efforts were paid off, thank you for always supporting me, let us continue to work for the betterment of our office.”
“We have surpassed the controversial black sand mining way back 2012- 2013, we did what we needed to do and we are awarded for it, I guess we are doing the right thing, “ the top performing Regional Director said.
Having hauled up the top performing Director with a total average of 88. 74 percent, RD Ancheta nudged MGB CAR Regional Director Fay Apil with 87.48 and MGB R0III Atty. Danilo U. Uykieng into 2nd and 3rd top performing Directors respectively.
The criteria for rating was based on Physical Accomplishments based on the validated work and financial plan (50%), Financial Management (10%), Processing of Mining Applications (10%), compliance on SHES program (10%), submission of regional statistical reports and website rating (10%), and Geological survey (10%).
