Tuguegarao City, Cagayan- In celebration of the Philippine Environment Month, the Mines and Geosciences Bureau Regional Office No. II joined the Department of Environment and Natural Resources Region II, Environmental Management Bureau Region II, Philippine National Police, Bureau of Fire Protection, Philippine Coast Guard, local government units (LGUs), Sangguniang Kabataan members, academic institutions, ENR Ambassadors, and other non-government organizations in a simultaneous nationwide tree planting activity conducted last June 8, 2022.
