Thanksgiving Mass celebrated to commemorate 119th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary 

Selected MGB ROII personnel together with representatives from the different national government agencies and local government units joined the Civil Service Commission Regional Office No. 02 in offering a thanksgiving mass to highlight the celebration of  the 119th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary.
